You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at reply@kaifengyi.lol before initiating any formal legal proceeding. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally and in good faith. If the dispute is not resolved within sixty days of the initial contact, either party may proceed to formal legal action.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the site at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service. All provisions of these Terms of Service which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
